Once we assess the needs of the company we will review our database to determine if we have any potential candidates.

Those candidates found to have potential will receive an email message with the job requirements attached.

If selected as a potential candidate, you will be expected to respond within 24 hours of email receipt, failure to do so will remove you from the consideration process.

You will be asked to respond to a series of questions in writing that will be expected to be returned the next business day by email along with 3 references that we will check and verify the next day.

If all corresponding documents and extended interview session correlates with the requirements set forth by our client company you will be submitted for consideration.

We will handle all coordination of phone interviews, personal interviews and advise you during the process to ensure that you and your family concerns will be taken care of.
